4Board press: 140kg x 3, 150kg x 3, 170kg x 3, 180kg x 000000
Rolling tricep extension: 22,5kg x 6, 25kg x 6
A1 Face pulls: 20 x 15, 25 x 15
A2 Close grip niðurtog: 40 x 10, 60 x 10
Hammer curl: 10kg x 10

Þetta virtist vera dagur þristanna þar sem ég tók ágætis þristatoppa á búkkunum en heftaðist alveg niðri með eins repsa toppa.
